What could be worse than attending a Microsoft Certification Exam training course and later finding out that it didn’t sufficiently prepare you for the exam? Is this possible? Can some training courses for Microsoft Certification Exams not prepare you to pass?
Microsoft Certified Doesn’t Mean Perfect
A training course being Microsoft certified does not mean that it will be the best preparation method that ever existed. This does not mean that there aren’t countless Microsoft-certified courses out there that will perfectly prepare you for Microsoft Certification Exams, but you cannot count on a training course to be the perfect preparation that you want before the exam. Some training courses are better than others, and this goes for the Microsoft-certified ones, too.
It Doesn’t Always Mean You Will Pass, Either
Not only are some of these training courses not perfect, but they may not provide you with enough information and training to pass, either. Again, don’t misunderstand. Most Microsoft training courses are excellent. It’s just that you can’t count on them blindly to take care of all your exam preparation. It is better to be aware of this possibility now than to be blinded by a harsh reality later.
Don’t Put All Your Eggs In One Basket
The moral of this story is to not put all your eggs in one basic. When you combine another form of study, such as independent study, with your training course, you will be able to independently assess your progress toward knowing all the exam content and necessary skills. Better safe than sorry.
