Last year during our visit to the UAE, my friends and I had an incredible evening at Abdel Wahab Restaurant, a restaurant right next to the Burj Khalifa. Before this, we had already spent an exciting day at Global Village Dubai, but our dinner was the perfect way to end the trip. We sat outside on the terrace, where we had an awesome view of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
From the moment we arrived, we couldn’t stop staring at the Burj Khalifa. As the sun set, the building started to glow, and we took so many photos because it looked amazing in the evening light.
But the food was just as great as the view. We ordered various Middle Eastern dishes, like hummus, grilled lamb, and shish tawook. It was our first time trying some of these dishes, and we were surprised by how much we loved everything. The flavors were so delicious that we kept eating until we were stuffed!
What made the night even more special was the Dubai Fountain Show. Every 30 minutes, the fountains in front of the Burj Khalifa would dance to music, and we had the best seats in the house. Watching the fountains with the glowing Burj Khalifa in the background was like a scene from a movie.
By the end of the evening, we didn’t want to leave. We stayed longer, enjoying tea and chatting while admiring the view. If you’re ever in Dubai, I recommend visiting Abdel Wahab. It’s not just about the tasty food. It’s about the whole experience, from the amazing view of the Burj Khalifa to the magical fountain show. Trust me, it’s a night you’ll never forget!
