thank you for posting the kaamulan festival 2011 schedule. i would like to experience this festival and would like to know more info. aside from the etnic street dancing that's scheduled for march 6 will the 7 ethnic tribes have a dance concert.
Whose the overall chair person for kaamulan 2011? Thanks!
To Clairon Yaba: According to the Provincial Tourism Office, both TV stations (GMA and ABS-CBN) will be covering the Kaamulan Festival.
To Rudy: There won't be a separate concert from the 7 ethnic tribes, but there will be a Cultural Show (Piniliyapan Hu Bukidnon) on the night of March 4 at the Kaamulan Theater. Waway Saway of the Talaandig tribe will also be having a concert (A Night of Bukidnon Music) on March 2, 6PM at the Capitol Grounds.
To Raeken: I was told that Mr. Jun Aroa was the over-all chair person for this year's Kaamulan. But I still have to confirm this.
Great post, nice info you have posted here, thanks for the post.
